Nuria Val
Nuria Val is a multi-faceted creative and photographer, and founder of ROWSE beauty - with a passion for sustainability and nature.
She's been commissioned by brands who trust her creative vision, including Chloe, Chanel, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Nina Ricci, and Mango, amongst others - working as a photographer, model and creative director, in front of and behind the lens.
In 2019, she launched a plant-based beauty brand, ROWSE beauty. Anchoring back to her personal values and a deep respect for the environment, Nuria co-founded ROWSE as a celebration of raw beauty. In 2023, The Financial Times stated that Nuria "is on the frontline of the plant-based beauty movement", which is testament to this commitment.
Her work across partnerships, creative projects, and through ROWSE are a poetic celebration of light, land and life - seamlessly blending artistry, entrepreneurship and environmental stewardship. As a result, Nuria has been featured in press - from the cover of Conde Nast Traveller, to Vogue (and again here), Wallpaper*, WWD, Milk Magazine, and ELLE, to name a few.
Nuria and her partner, Coke, who is also a photographer, have carefully renovated an Olive farm in Catalonia and in the process have created Oli de L’Oliveta - an extra virgin olive oil brand made from their own organic and ecologically grown olives. The pair have hosted events and activations here in the past - as well as personally enjoying with their daughter.
